We control a wide range of planned and reactive, hard and soft FM services, including preventive programmes to meet best practice and statutory requirements.

Key to our service delivery is our 24/7 web-based help desk, which enables total supply chain management encompassing performance, cost and budgetary control.

Our full range of building fabric maintenance services are performed by either dedicated site-specific handymen or using our mobile network who will visit you at short notice.

The choice is entirely yours and can include, surveys, inspections, roof repairs, brickwork, plumbing, door/lock repairs, stair repairs, drainage, ceiling tiles, redecoration, carpeting, glazing repairs, carpentry work and furniture and fittings repair & maintenance.

Security services provided as part of our contracts include; manned guarding, CCTV monitoring and control room, visitor and access systems, deliveries/loading bay, car park patrol, key holding and loss prevention.
